Re: Pin stops Dimmer style?
I overcut my parts by .092 (2.3368mm) I have never used my pinstops for setup. In fact the only thing I have ever used my pinstops for was to compensate for having complete idoits running our cnc. When they get so complacent with the laser that they dont check the pod setup before loading parts and ...

Re: Carbon Fiber Rodding
I buy 1/8"x 1/2" cold rolled precut into 38" pieces for $0.25 per foot. Then we also buy a couple pieces full length and cut for special applications. Check your local steel yards they are hurting for business just like everyone else. We thought about going to fiberglass but changed our minds, we ha...

Cost about $600 for 20 ft takes us about 2 hours to cut and weld up. You can cut the uprights at whatever lengths suit your scrap. We have...

Re: Dishwasher anchors
In the past we used the one's from chemical concepts, but switched to the EZ Brackets. At less than $5.00 apiece, we put them in if the dishwasher is there or not, and if the customes switches brands or models they are so universal you would never have a problem with something else lining up.

Re: ANYBODY EVER INSTALLED A K-2098-1-95
We did one earlier this spring, for a shop employee's handicap mother. That sink cutout all around sucks!! There is no cheat to use that is reliable, you could apply some mesh backer to the " point" side before you cut it, or try putting in a small piece of whatever you use to rod your sink cutouts ...

When we get a notification to a thread we subscribed to, instead of taking you directly to the thread, the link takes you to the forum?? For instance if someone post a sink needed in the dxf, the link just takes you to the dxf forum, unlike the old site that took you to the thread they posted. Can w...
