caesar stone repair
Had to hand cut an inside corner yesterday, blade got caught and jumped hitting the face of the caesar stone. This made a small groove in the surface--- has or does anyone have the best solution to fix this other than recutting, This would cost me another slab.

Still having problems with homing my machine, we are still trying to correct it. ---in the mean time occassionly the machine decides to home. No Gary it didn't work. We are still trying to get to the bottom of it. I called CMS and we are working on it. Eric Pate made a suggestion which is making the machine run but still want to get it resolved. Thanks for asking

Absolutely worth joining. I,ve been on leaning on Eric Pate when problems have accured with my machine,he always gets back to me with the right answer and that is what the SFA is all about. Only been a member for one month, already i,m ahead. Thanks

Hey Alex, good to hear from you.We use tenax and applied it after 400 diamond, but since we just started working on the machine i'm not sure when to use it. We are bringing stones to a complete polish, just figured someone would say use it here ---done

Need some input on when to apply resin on some granites , after what diamond is application used. Do you dry the stone off or just wipe it on. Should I wait until piece is finished then resin. Appreciate any help.

Wondering if a 2 pad lifter will be adequate for lifting on and off cnc. Will it lift an L - PIECE say 110 x65 x 25 deep or is a 4 pad needed instead. If anyone is using a 2 pad would like to hear from you. Want to make sure i purchase the correct lifter. Thanks

Having problems with a ming green tub deck seam. Showing 2 dark lines from the epoxy and the translucence of the stone. Everything I use is showing these shadows. Bryce, must have fabricated twenty kitchens in that material ,had very little problems with it. Small very fine white veins look like cracks but are not. They are totaly acceptable, inherent in the stone. Also repolished surface without issues. good luck

Ready to cut 3CM Glassos ,always uncertain about outcome will it crack or not. The slabs are very uneven on back side, someone suggested cutting face down so slab lays flat on saw. I don't know if there is a blade for cutting this material just using marble blade, any comments.
