We installed this on Wednesday 2-29-12
3 Hours driving time and 6 hour install.
Same cabinets, bad lighting in the before picture. We just removed the upper to cut down.
I took my two main guys with me. I'm sure they coud have installed in the same amount of time.

This was a 6 hour install.
Remove cabinets, cut down and reinstall.
Remove tile counter tops and prep for new granite.
Prep for tile backsplash.
Install granite with 1 seam and um sink.
Check out the serpentine seam and top polished.
Fits like a glove at wall, cabinet, seam and pass thru.

I template with a proliner and everything fits like a glove. It doesn't really matter how big the job is. Our installs take 4-6 hours plus driving time. Your guys must be working 1.5 hours a day. That should have been stopped the first day. You need to go on all installs and find out what's going on...

We seam in the sink
We seam in the shop then rod and treat it like a regular piece of granite

We cut a 9inch hole and 45 the edge with a hogger.
This will recess the sink about 1/3 and we think it looks better
and put the faucet at a 45` 2inch from the bowl.
