Wow, 6 years ive been doing template with the LT-55xl and never thought to level the tripod. I could never figure out why my pieces where always long by several thousandths. sometimes 3/16"

We had some similar experience with this stone. Pretty chippy and my guy who normally does any surface polishing hated it But in the end it turned out pretty sweet.

We used luon sheets cut down into strips for a while then we used 4x8 sheets of corregated plastic cut into strips b4 we went digital. What you have should work fine. Looking good so far! Cant wait to see how the other side of the seam comes out. grinding out euro seams by hand can be a chalenge but...
Buddy of mine said to use search and replace with a wildcard. hope this help as i have no idea what hes talking about
He uses notepad in conjunction with our cnc quite often to run multiple parts at the same time.
