you should be able do that with any 4 axis CNC. This is the SPEED. The back side of the Saw transmission has a second exit half gas connection for this work.

Re: Any one have any info on this CNC saw??
Manny, The FORMAX is the exact same saw as the SPRINT but smaller and without all the options available to the SPRINT. We have been making that machine for almost as long as the SPRINT and wanted some separation between the 2 machines. The motor and the 5 Axis Knuckle are the same as the SPRINT. The...

I too was shocked to hear the sad news this weekend and after reading these many posts in his honor, I am reminded of the simple things. Mike always stopped by our booth to say hello, both here and in Italy. Always had a smile on his face and an outstreched hand. Always took a few minutes to ask wha...

Re: Temperature sensor for spindle on Brembana Maxima?
There is a high temp sensor inside the spindle but it is not readable.
If your machine is off for a few days and it's been cold in your shop, a short warm up cycle is recommended. This is to neutralize the internal temp of the grease and bearings. multiple time per day is not necessary.

Re: easystone question
David,
There is also a parameter on the NC that controls look ahead and computes the decell when heading into a significant direction change. this is a universal parameter and will slow down all tools on all corners. Let me know if you want to look at this, I'll have someone call you.

Ken,
Unfortunately, I am not an expert in the process of vulcanization and don't know exactly how it works. I believe it is a Thermal-Chemical process.

Re: Suction cups
Maybe its a dumb question but that wouldn't be a first time for me  Why use rubber? couldn't you use something solid that could be mechanically fastened with screws or such? The environment is another reason we use rubber. Can you imagine trying to back out small screws that have been sitting ...

Gary,
Klint is correct.
The Pad is not glued to the Aluminum base but vulcanized and I have not seen any glue yet that can hold in these conditions.
