Just my .02. Tiger Ager is not a sealer. So he did not seal it as far as I can tell. Silicone Base Impregnators seem to work best in my opinion. As for the Poltice, what did he use exactly? How long did he leave it on? etc... If it is an oil stain I would have mixed it with Acetone left on for 24+ h...

I would agree with Matt myself. More of a personal thing though I guess for me. Back in the OLD Days....lol, that is how we did it. I can remember that is all we did was Marble, Very little Granite.
