Frank, I see this post is a few years old and I was wondering what you decided to go with as I find myself where you were 2 years ago and trying to figure out if Stone Profit Systems is a good solution. Re: BVC Pod Height
Did I miss the BVC (Alex's) response to the .04 tolerance?? I run all Blick Pods, because BVC doesn’t make our pod height. I would be interested in testing and trying them out. I love the idea of a plastic pod that is easily repairable. My biggest issue with Blick is the cost to ship back to them to...

Re: Intermac master stone 4000 help
I’ve never heard of phases switching because a power surge.. this seems very odd to me. I’m not familiar with your machine, but typically the servo motors for axis motion is controlled by a inverter drive which isn’t affected by any phase (no matter how it’s phased it will work correctly). You can t...

Re: (Green) Better Vacuum Cups VS Blick
I should reword my statement above, it’s more than just the cost to repair with Blick that gets me wanting to try the green pods. IIt’s the process of shipping them back, waiting for repair and then shipping them back to us. That just doesn’t work for us. We just bought $3,500 in new Blick pods just...

Re: (Green) Better Vacuum Cups VS Blick
In my opinion, you should not mix cups and manufacturers. The green cups may be fine, but mixing the 2 is asking for problems. [ What kind of problems? It can’t be worse than using damaged blick pods and hoping it has enough suction to keep tops from moving. The cost from Blick is too high to repai...

Re: spindle not recognizing tool
Some of the above info is really dependent on which spindle he has. VEM has 2 sensors, Breton has 1 sensor. First thing I would test is after performing m21 in MDI, does the gripper rotate? It shouldn't. The demensions I believe are different between the 2 types of spindles. If Breton, use a # 5 All...

Ger, do you consider a Master 43 a quality machine? [ Does it really matter what a salesman from a competing manufacture thinks of competitors equipment? Hi Joe-
We just got through our electrical upgrade and can now start looking at recycling systems again. Is this still available? Do you know how many CFM's are required to run this system?
Thanks Joe.

Re: What order do I purchase digital saw or router?
If your templators are also taking time to cut the vinyl, you'll be amazed how much time this takes. When we started cutting with our CNC saw and no more vinyl our templators were able to template one or two more jobs a day. I purchased the CNC saw first, than a router. Both had an awesome impact to...

Either pay for more experienced fabricators or buy a machine to do it (water jet, CNC Router or CNC Saw can all accomplish this better than any machine).
