SG Tool 8T Hydraulic-Pneumatic Granite Tilting Table with 360 DEGREE ROTATING Bed
I am now selling the SG Tool 8T Hydraulic-Pneumatic Granite Tilting Table with 360 DEGREE ROTATING Bed. It comes with similar specs as the standard tilt table featured here: http://www.tilt-table.com/ But it is a bit considerably heavier, due to liability for the rotating mechanism, and the extra we...

Re: Selling never used 8 ton hydro/pneumatic tilt table
It is sold with a release rod that is 60" which prevents you from having to climb under the table like Justin did the in the video. This video is of my personal table, which we still use the standard 24" release rod on. Will update video with OSHA compliant release rod. Table includes safety paper w...

Re: Selling never used 8 ton hydro/pneumatic tilt table
Here's the current table I have in stock. It's built even better then the original one built. I had some design modifications done to make it slightly larger table top, and to make it tilt completely vertically if desired.
Here are the pictures. Let me know who wants it.

Re: Selling never used 8 ton hydro/pneumatic tilt table
The "button" (more similar to a pistol grip handle) can easily be used by the foot, or we can sell the table with an actual foot actuated pump, if you know of a good one, otherwise I'd have to look to source one.

Re: Selling never used 8 ton hydro/pneumatic tilt table
It actually is hydraulic pneumatic. We just plug it into our compressor and it has a button you push to lift it.
Using the stick is a back up / option if you don't have a compressor, which obviously if you're doing any sort of granite at all, you've got a big (probably screw type) compressor.

Yeah you are right. I'll take the old one down once I got a new one. It's not a good video the old one, I know. Haha oh yeah it would.
Just wanted to get some sort of video up in the mean time I suppose.

Re: Selling never used 8 ton hydro/pneumatic tilt table
Ummmm, is there really a guy under the slab table? Haha I was hoping no one would notice. He comes with the table. 10 years fabricating exp. Jk. He's actually no longer with us. He's still alive, don't worry. But we strictly do not allow people to be under the table anymore (lol). Nothing happened ...

Re: Selling never used 8 ton hydro/pneumatic tilt table
It can go virtually vertical if you want it to, we usually have it at more of an angle, with the [removable] aluminum wedges at the bottom to support it, that way the slab sits more like a A-frame when it's loaded on "VERTICALLY". This video was filmed 2.5 years ago on my original SG table, and it c...

Selling never used 8 ton hydro/pneumatic tilt table
It is a similar table to the EZ Lay, but is built better. We are Springs Granite located in Colorado Springs. I'm taking some pics of my other one in action today for anybody that would like to buy it on here. We planned on getting more shop space and it fell through, so we have no room for this sec...

Ok so my company has grown a decent bit since my last post on here. -We got a second building behind our showroom / tile bullnosing shop that we use for slab fabrication. -We upgraded our 3k pound forklift to a 6k pound forklift with sideshift (and it's 15 years newer) -We upgraded from a Galeski Co...

Moving slabs in the snow
I am in the springs, and this is my first winter doing slabs with a forklift. I am wondering if it is ok to move slabs while it is snowing. According to one of my employees, it is NOT like the rain where you have a chance of the slab slipping out of the aardwolf a-50 clamp, it's just a concern of ge...

Re: New Italian Made CNC Tooling * SPECIAL $$$
I love my custom ordered Bovone Stone Edge 7. It's the only inline I know if that will run a 2x2" 5mm piece of tile and put a lovely bullnose on that, and all the same with the adjusting of some knobs, you can use the same wheels that just put that lovely bullnose on that 2.2" 5mm piece of tile for ...

Re: Need help getting the "slab shop" side of my business go
Which unit seems nicer for the price? I'm trying to find time to test drive them both. The 4500# clark is 3-stage and a bit newer. The 5500# Clark is older and 2-stage but seems very solid.
What do ya'll think? Are these good deals?

Re: Need help getting the "slab shop" side of my business go
I'm highly considering trading it up to a bigger lift. I think I got a good deal on it, it literally has 25xx hours on it and starts right up. At least,..I think I got a good deal.. Paid $1,500 cash for the lift. Anyways, there are two, nice cushioned tire mid 90s clarks I have my eye on in De...

Re: Need help getting the "slab shop" side of my business go
I assume that with a tilting table I can safely load and unload slabs without that happening? My forklift weights 6500 pounds and is rated for 3500 pounds at 24"

I included a picture of the forlifts tires The picture I included of the front of the shop but on the office side, is to show the asphalt. So if I have the concrete done all tho...
