Re: (Green) Better Vacuum Cups VS Blick
The biggest concern I have about green pod is tolerance and that's why most of you probably have issue mixing them. Blick might not carry the same height tolerance then the green cup. and we all know what 0.1mm can do with tooling. I will throw that here not to steer shit but I would give a look at ...

Re: core holes pushing thru
best solution is always to keep a sink rail vacuum pods under. there's pods that have sacrificial layer to do that I believe blick and adi have those. otherwise it really depends on the bit and how sharp it is. our thin wall are run at 3000rpm if I'm right and 150mm/min. never had a problem with the...

Re: calibrating a tool measument laser
yes first start with measuring an empty cone with rectified dimension in length and radius. measure those length and radius with your caliper before hand. can't remember them by heart. so go in MDI T15 for instance your tool number d1 L6 IF it's in a tool pot or m6 if your putting it manually chktoo...

Re: Baca vs Fusion
The main expense is abbrassive average rate should be close to 1pound per min, also the backer board. But you still have to mention all other consumable. If you include the price of the machine to do some sort of cost/hour your cost is easily 3-4 time over a cnc saw. We do have a sawjet and we had ou...

Re: Baca vs Fusion
We own a Breton smartcut and a Northwood robosawjet. I have to say if you plan on mitering I wouldn't recommend a robot because of the area limitation. Unless you add a dedicated miter saw like Baca propose. You also have to take into consideration what comes with those area limitation, more waterje...

Here's the place to change the value so you can keep running for a bit
those number should be in the 7 range of they are lower you should not continue and either check your gripper or your cone.

Re: spindle not recognizing tool
The Breton spindle on the evo might be different. But all k26 k40 spindle has two sensor to. One tells you open or close. The other one is internal to the spindle capture magnetic distance and give you the above info on the drawbar position. I might be wrong but I know gamfior spindle in and out. I ...

Re: spindle not recognizing tool
There's about 3-4 reason and issue that can cause this. 1 your gripper being done or got unscrew or dirty. 2. Your cone is done or dirty (Hsk cone are pretty sensitive to this the interior of the cone has to be spotless) 3. Your sensor on top of the spindle is not working. 4. Your drawbar is going d...

Cal issue? Not getting right measurements from done piece? And for speed blade and waterjet to.slow? Not much other then that that can affect how fast you will cut a slab. With the right blade you should push 150 ipm Have you talk to Northwood about it. If so what did they told you? As far has toler...

Re: Icam engraving text
Well if you are already 8.2mm in I'd say your already pretty deep we usually engrave text at less then 1mm deep. The text will be more clear and crisp and you will be able to do it smaller that way.

Re: Icam engraving text
Only have to play with the tool length. If I understand your question properly.
Engraving depends a lot on material thickness you have to adjust to your material.
Easier to compensate with tool length then going back to change your z depth.

Re: CNC CW/CCW Tool Direction Question
Relief cut is something cms brembana is doing quite well with easystone. But it consists of entering the opposite side of what you will Fingerbit for 1 inch or less and then go back To your normal machining and Fingerbit from the side you would do first. We do this all day on euro seam so it doesn't...

Re: Fixing a Seam in Caesarstone
I'm sure guys from tenax could answer that with more detail and more scientific reasoning. But no it won't cure back you will only alter the composure of the resin itself, once the hardener react with the resin there's no turning back. We usually break the seam completely, clean all three glue in th...
