LT 2d3d printing help
Hey guys I need help on the tablet side of things. I don’t know what changed recently but I haven’t been able to send my shop sheet from the tablet to my printer lately. I have a Wifi connection but it keeps saying that my printer is “offline” in its status. Like I said I have used this printer with...

It’s hard to answer your questions without seeing some pictures.
ASSUMING your tops were glued and shimmed/supported correctly you should have no concern with future maintance of the joints.

Re: LT 2D3D
Always check your measurements with a tape after shooting. The new way to set plane at the beginning of every new page has been a step back in my opinion. I never worried if the measurements were gonna be off until you didn't level the laser head anymore. Now when you have to shoot the 3 points at ...

Re: Advice please: crack repair for granite counter
Kowboy, thank you for the advice. I will take it but I’m having trouble finding a granite repair company who understands the task. The one guy who quoted said the problem was a lack of structural support under the bridge and it needed to be shimmed under the crack at installation. which is a comple...

Re: which way would you run the veins?
Beware of that material. Its a quartzite, but absorbs liquid unlike any other material I've seen. We made one kitchen from that material and ended up remaking it from another material (white macaubas) before we installed it... As for the veins. Seam at a 45 in the corner, and run linear veining. Th...

LT 2d3d use in cold temps
Pretty straight forward question, I’ve got a template today of an outdoor kitchen and the temps are in the low 20’s and I was wondering if these are safe conditions for my equipment(the laser and tablet). I know in the past heat has caused my tablet to crash but I wasn’t sure about the opposite cond...

Mt Rushmore granite
Does anyone know what type of granite Mount Rushmore consists of? My son is doing a school project and I thought I might be able to get him at least something that might be similar to what's found in South Dakota.

Re: hanstone warranty claim-denied
The stoners have been all about knocking the solid surface (Corian) industry. With the exception of Wilsonart's SSV, I can't recall having a job that couldn't be cost effectively repaired. With the crap soaking into the stone edges as we've seen on the other thread here, I can't imagine how stoners...

Re: hanstone warranty claim-denied
So I get your frustration toward the manufacturers, from a moral stand point one of your customers contacts you about the crack and you want to help them out of this crap situation. However, you said before anyone buys a quartz counter from you, you educate them on your experience with it and what t...

Re: Let's see who's the smartest
Exactly, allow me to explain...4 and 5 have they're spouts blocked as well as the entrance to 6, and 7 has a friggin hole in the bottom which means 2 and 1 would never reach the top

BS customer word vomit
I am the service technician for the countertop company I work for, so I get the opportunity to here homeowners come up with a BS reason as to why they deserve a new top or their money back. However, if I here "well I had stone installed in my house back home and it didn't look like this"(even though...
