hello can anyone give me a tool ready file to run this sink on my bav 450 ?im the owner but havent learned to run my machine yet. i have two cnc guys. the one that knows how is out of town and my other guy cant get the red out.My email is daustin@cmc.net thanks for any help. Dale Austin

hi guys i re-honed it with 5 inch 400 grit viper and random orbital. horse hair is what i use [sometimes ] to blend a hone job. it works on some materials, but im sure looking forward to trying that powder. I didnt see a mention of prefered sealers?

All right im feeling a little off my game right now.iI recenctly re-honed some ones black absolute kitchen sealed with 511 seal & enhance,looked a little weird maybe because of old underlying sealers so i horse haired with a little water looked great but didnt seem to repel water so i went back afte...

steel is far less likely to rust if encapsulate it with epoxy. seal your stone.properly insall your sink with plenty of caulk creating a water tight seal and leave a note for the plumber to make sure he has a good seal around his fixtures.Have we beaten this one to death or what, Dale @austins Roman...

Thanks Dave But i have known that for around a Decade. i use CA on seams and pits without kicker . I do find accelerator handy for other things like tacking splash, makeing a buildup were applicable or while holding a little rock to a big one im not wasting a assload of time waiting for it to go off...

But after going to stone expo and attending a function on rod or not to rod i became a believer.I saw test that proved granite became 4 times stronger when properly rodded.Yes steel should be fully encased in epoxy.You know we were carefu...
