Re: Intermac Master 30 External Water
is there a purge tap from your water pump?
when this happens to me I have to plug a pipe from the vacuum manifold to the water pump and suck it through with the system, I only get this when the external water tanks have gone to low or when I empty the slurry tanks.

Re: Breton or Intermac cnc
Right then, the machine is now up and running. the travel speed of this machine is immense, made the engineer jump out of his skin when he parked it at front of machine, this beats the master 53 we had last year hands down. normally takes around 50minutes from start to finish bowl cut / pol, drainer...

Re: CNC CW/CCW Tool Direction Question
we had the DEKTON Representative in yesterday for a training session.
at first we were always advised to do Dekton and all sinks CW
We had a lot of blowouts on the lead out, yesterday we were told to cut DEKTON sinks CCW and it cut like a dream.
very quiet pulling 6-8 amps all the way through.

Re: Cnc table maintenance
I use a Acid based de-scaler, leave it to soak for 5 mins and run a diamond tipped brush over the bed gets it back to factory finish every time.
just use minimal de-scaler so it doesn't go back into water system etc.

Re: Advice on Dekton please
it seems really strong for what i was expecting, tried everything to get it to snap under normal conditions and it stayed strong, i wouldn't want to chance going any deeper than 3mm deep though. however the job requires a cut out which could change everything, i will be doing a cut out later on this...

Re: Advice on Dekton please
Thanks for the replies on this personally i agree its too risky in 12mm, however our customer has been in contact with consentino and they have been advised that it is achievable with a small milling wheel that fits in the gearbox of drainer groove wheels.
will let you all know how we get on
