Staining for this job
I have a customer that sent me this. I sealed the countertop with DuPont BulletProof. I don't know how it still stained.
Hers are my questions:
1. How did it stain after I sealed it?
2. How can I get rid of the stain?
3. How can I prevent this from happening?
Thanks!

Re: Help - Fissure
Dear All, Thank you very much for your help. We are going to remake the $2700 dollar kitchen. We want the customer to bare the burden of the plumbing and demi-bull edge. I hope they will agree. When it rains it pours. I know that when we have a problem, it never happens one at a time, but in droves....

How to manage tools?
How do you manage tools inventory? Do you track them at the time of purchase? Does someone log them out when guys take them from the closet? I would love a system to track what I buy. Please let me know what you use. I look forward to your advice (and maybe some freeware recommendations)! Thanks, lo...

2 guys in the shop
Attended coverings last weeek. Enjoyed meeting everyone at the SFA booth and especially learning how to remove scratches! Thanks so much. I am very excited about SFA. Today though, I came in to the shop to find only 2 guys working. We had 3 people call in sick. They do this to me all the time. We ar...
