Re: White base quartz seams
We basically bought every white colour from Integra and I do a few test pieces in the shop before heading out with the right match. Only takes a few extra minutes and you know you’ll have an awesome match. [ Do Integra's glue color match charts not work for giving you the correct color to use, with...

We haven't tried that yet. We'll give it a go. Thank youT.J. Henderson wrote: ↑Mon Jun 03, 2019 5:56 pmWes brought up a great point:
Are you running a pod underneath the cut out? We always place the biggest ones we can on the cutouts of vanities because it can make a big difference.

Re: having issues with small vanities moving on CNC when fingering a sink cutout
No pod fences here. Change the bit. Try a different bit. You're is glazed probably. We never have these problems anymore. We use ADI gold finger bits on EVERY material, 12"/min for all sinks. no movement, ever. Also, step on the piece to make sure it's sucked down! [ Thanks for your input. That's v...

Re: having issues with small vanities moving on CNC when fingering a sink cutout
make sure pods are clean and manifolds are working good. Most likely, your finger bit is 'pushing' and not cutting. Make sure correct speeds and feeds for that bit. worst case, 'block' in the vanity with other scrap pieces on suction pods around the vanity. [ I understand that the bit is pushing th...

having issues with small vanities moving on CNC when fingering a sink cutout
We are only 4 months into the CNC world, with a Park Titan 2700. We don't have a CNC sawjet yet, so we do all of our sink cutouts with the finger bit on the Titan. With small tops less than 5 feet long or so, we are having difficulty getting good enough suction on the pods. The top is moving as the ...

I'm always down for skipping work and going fishing, although I don't do it nearly enough any more. Maybe that's why I'm always so ornery.

Re: more specific boards
chill Dan. It's called a "suggestion box", so I politely posted a suggestion. I don't need a lecture on how the board is ran, and I'll be just as appreciative of this resource even if they don't go with my suggestion. Did I break some forum rule by putting a suggestion in the suggestion box?

I think the Classifieds should be broken down to a few sub categories. Like having a separate sections for equipment/machinery for sale, and "help wanted"

Re: Park Wizard: Wanted to Buy
I have a Park Wizard for sale. It includes the Park adjustable stands and a lot of attachments for sink cutting and surface texturing and polishing. I'm selling it because I have a CNC coming in a few months. It's a 2007 model year (I think) and has been very well maintained and in excellent conditi...
