I started with the marmos about two years ago and the speeds were crazy, I didn't care for the shape of the tr3 so we switched back to diamut and slowly started bumping our regular diamut metals to the same speeds we had our marmos at. We have ran for over a year at this pace and wouldn't change it ...

We have had good luck with the HYS. We are currently running the newer style Tr3 closed. After about a week of breaking in our current feed rates are 1/225 2/ 315 3/320 4/ 195 5/ 125 I swear by the 5th metal, faster and less time. Is there a specific way anyone does shower pan milling in alphacam? I have played around with the add in in alphacam but haven't got a exact answer as to what tools they are using. We have a custom farm sink coming up and I would like to go about it the most efficient way tool wise and programming. ...

Awesome thanks guys! Joe Dave Bleyenberg was the name used on the CC he the owner of my shop. Crobb I already peak into the public fourms a couple times a week and have not had a members account for sometime so I will be keeping my schedule open for all of the good reads.
