Saw Blade for Park Saber saw
New machine this spring and its about time for a new blade. We have been running the terminator zoom blade that came with the saw. (yellow blade) I wasn't super impressed with it. I found myself having to dress the blade and harder granites seemed to kill it quickly. My parameters were set by Park a...

Routing Sinks with Park Saber
Just got our Saber up and running last week from Park. Haven't done much routing, maybe a dozen sinks, and have already went through two tool holders. When routing oval sinks, two different incremental tips have come free from the tool holder. When we lifted the spindle up, the threads on both the h...

incremental Router Bit tearing up tool holder
Just had our Park Industries Saber installed last week. The terminator bits for the incremental router holder that came with machine had poor reviews so we ordered different bits from Helix in advance. While running some scrap with the Park Installer last week, we were using the incremental router o...

Miter motor brake on pro edge 3
Servicing the brake on my pro edge and the manual doesn't do a clear job I'm showing the drain plug on the brake. It says it's a 5mm hex and I have found that unscrewed it and allowed it to drain but when I replaced it and tried to fill with fluid it's not taking. Hoping I pulled the correct plug. B...

3 Phase Power Converter
We just had three phase power ran to our facility. We now have no need for our converters. The one for sale is an American Rotary converter we purchase a few years ago to run our Park Pro Edge. Don't know how many hours are on it, but whatever it is it isn't whole lot and the unit is in very good co...

Re: shop work benches
We use the Groves tables and they work fine.....need to cover them with wood strips still. Only thing I'm missing I think is the fact that they don't adjust height wise. Our shop floor is crazy unlevel so every time I have to fit a couple of long runs together when seaming, I have to line them up ju...

Air and water for hand tools
I heard a few guys say they were using oxy acetylene hoses for air and water supply to air tools. This is probably a dumb question but is there any downside to using them? ie reduction in air quality etc. I'm tired of fixing those cheap a$$ hoses the polishers come with and these seem like a pretty ...
