Before I met and worked with Shawn, I could have cared less about doing a good job anymore. He is extremely professional and produces a product second to none. He has helped to bring my professionalism back to what it once was. He has been a true inspiration for me to WANT to be a better craftsman a...

Starlight quartz hand polishing solution
I know it's best posted on the members area but I am not a current member. I don't know if anyone had tried this method before but the results are a perfect match to the surface. From 200 grit quartz pads I then go with a 220 grit Velcro sandpaper. You will see instant results from it as it clears t...

The biggest issue will be getting and keeping good employees. Depending on the area, there may be few to be found. This means longer training times which means more work for you....then the retraining when that one leaves and so on. If you plan on doing the purchase, start by becoming a member of th...

Re: ADHD first person account
Guy, there are programs in school here (I assume the US has them since Canada does) that help kids start early with the training to become able to deal with the issues. Always focus on the benefits of ADHD, mine is hyperfocus. Let them excel at the things they are great at. This will change many tim...

Re: ADHD first person account
I think 30 percent of the population has a mental health issue. Its a serious issue that is starting to be recognized. All through school people thought I was stupid, teachers, classmates, it sucked. I happen to be a part of the one percent who gets zero results from meds. They work for a week, then...
