Filling out profile

Is there a way to force someone to fill out their profile before they are allowed to post?

Many times there is the constant query about filling out the profile. It would be easier if they were forced to do it at the onset.

Most boards offer it upon registering... don't know if it can be flagged as mandatory or not.

Great suggestion! I think this would eliminate unnecessary and inefficient reminder posts everytime someone posts for the first time.

Also, the reminder reply is not exactly a nice welcoming greeting.
