Ghines Systematica CNC Update

I am pleased to report that our machine is up and running. Initially, it had some snags, but Eddie & crew at Infinity worked diligently to correct everything and worked patiently with us newbies to learn to operate this machine.

This machine has taken our production to the next level. It may not be ideal for every shop, but for our shop it was a perfect fit.

It has a small footprint 72 x 36, with an open throat to accommodate any size piece of stone.
It is simple to operate, even for a novice.


The manual tool changes are are quick and easy, thanks to the Ghines quick connect coupler system. We have not found any significant down side to manual tool change, as it fits perfectly into our shop for work flow.

So, while not being a perfect set and leave alone machine, this will be a greta addition to many small, semi auto and transition shops. It gives us the chance to leverage our manpower. This is very important in small shops. We can now have one man, cut/polish a sink, run the Sirio and operate the saw at the same time. This is a huge labor saver for us. So instead of one man watching each machine, he is hustling to the next one. I like it.

2 guys 2-3 kitchens a day.
