baca robot

we run a baca robot in my shop , I having problems cutting E/S . when i cut inside radius onn E/s it crackes right in the center of the radius . could it be my leed in on the program.

Michael, mind posting the file you are trying to cut? Or even go into table shot folder and upload the photo of what you were cutting. I can have my guys look at it, we have not experienced any such issues on ES.
