Purchasing used Flexijet Devices

We understand that there may be instances of used Flexijet Devices available for purchase through third parties.

But please, Don't worry about it one bit! Our first year warranty travels with the device, and If the current owner has an extended warranty, this also travels with the device as long as the new owner continues the payments.

WE WILL EVEN HELP YOU FIND A NEW BUYER!

We will gladly set-up the new customer with support and training to ensure they are able to use the system effectively. We will always suggest for the new customer to have the system checked, add-on site training, or include our support package but these are all completely optional! There is no SERVICE or transition fee to change ownership! If you own our hardware, you also own our software!

We will always support all of our products and customers and will never leave them hanging without a method for support or parts.
