Typically by Saturday the workshop has slimmed down. Your best bet is to be there on Thursday and Friday. That is when the action is going on. I have been to MANY workshops and I can say that each and every one, I learned enough to more than pay for the trip there. If this is the closest one to you and the only one you may make it to this year, be there. You will not regret it. If you can only budget one for the year, make it our Mega Workshop in St Louis in October. However, as I sttated before, you WILL get your money worth and them some at every workshop you attend.

Hi iam from Brazil and my family owns an 50 years old marble company, we produce around 15.000 sf of stone every month (including countertops, fireplaces, floors, walls...)using no templates or cnc's.I must say that before i know this web site i tought i knew about stones and high performance work. but i was wrong. i wanna thank you all for have this kind of open attitude, i saved a lot of money whit what i have learned here. please feel free to ask me anythig i could possibly help you with brazilian stones or supplyers. right now i am building my new factory in south Brazil and want that to be the most modern factory in my country. i was wondering if i could register myself in this workshop and learn even more with you.
thank you very much and sorry about my bad english.

Gabriel,
Welcome! I am glad that you find value in the SFA.
You are certainly welcome to attend any workshop. The May one will be a rather small affair and may not wholly justify the time and expense of traveling form Brazil. I will leave that decision to you.
Our large workshop is October 20,21,22 in St Louis. You are very welcome to come and participate in the workshop. There will be machinery set up and many vendors and seminars. Your English is much better than my Brazilian!
Please post here or e mail me if I may be of assistance at any time.

Very well, I will be glad to meet you. The workshops normally start around 8:00 a.m.
May I suggest checking out our sponsors for a saw jet. 3 sponsors make this type of machine: CMS/Brembana, Northwood, Park Industries. Please click through the scrolling banner, at the top of the page, to access their websites.
