It fit into a 20' container, but there was just over an inch of clearance on each side.
The rigger no-showed, so we had to improvise with one 6K lb lift and one 10k lb lift. Not ideal, but it got done.

Tight fit getting it in.

Unwrapping the Christmas present

We unloaded it at 5pm and this is the first job we cut the next day at 2:30pm. The run time on the saw was 22 minutes

Job #2. It had to cut a radius, so it was something like 29 minutes.

A few thoughts.
-The machine is bigger than I thought. The overall footprint. Not sure how I goofed that up, but it's fine.
-The saw bed is 79"x134". We cut a slab that was 81" the second day we ran it. That's the biggest slab we've ever had and I don't think the saw will cut anything taller.
-The fit and finish is exceptional. GMM is really top notch. The accuracy is nothing short of a dream.
-We're just getting in to the programming as far as like and dislikes. My main dislike was that it would want to cut the miter on some pieces first and then cut out the rest of the piece which is fine, but it wanted to do it to each piece instead of cutting all of the miters on the slab first and then pausing to reorient the blade and cutting out the rest of the job. I told Taf about this about 5pm and explained why it was such a problem and he assured me he understood and they could take care of it. The next day he accessed my computer by remote and installed new programming with the changes we needed

-The saw is no longer a bottle neck, but other issues have come up. Like material handling and CAD drawing. We save a bunch of time on the saw now, but the increased ability has now strained these areas. That's fine.
I'll update more as things progress, but as of right now I'm a pretty happy camper
