Hi guys
Could you give me a hand?
In my screen pop up a window that says:
"intervento del dispositivo di controllo Usura chiocciole
Consultare libro istruzione
Premi esc"
I'm located in Colombia and we don't have any Technician of Gmm around here
What should I do to fix or repair my machine
Looking forward your comments

That translates to:
intervention of the control device Wear snails
Refer to instruction book
Press esc "
Not sure what kind of snails...
someone might know better.

Per Google Translate
Who did you buy the machine from? Email / call them. Otherwise email GMM Italy Support. Their Monday starts in a few hours.

I think the "snails wear" part is incorrect though."intervention of the control snails Wear

Re: Gmm tecna problem
Call Salem or GMM . It seems like a communication or connection error. I know just enough Italian to be wrong.
I think it says control wear nuts. I first thought it to be a motorboater term, but it may refer to a mechanical part.

Re: Gmm tecna problem
I thank for your post guys
the manual refers to the snail of the head ( up and down of the blade)
I bought this machine as second hand but the machine was inspected before shipping to Colombia
I'll email to Gmm in Italy

Re: Gmm tecna problem
Hi guys,
I Solved my problem, it was some dust on the snail
I want to share the response from Gmm
"Hello,
Alarm is for the lifting nut that can maybe be worn out.
Try this:
1- go up on the head of the machine and check if there is something pushing the limit switch that refers to the nut protection, sometimes it happens that the metal plate fixed on the safety nut has been angled so pushing the limit though the nut is ok. Some other times there was dirty pushing the limit (piece of stone or of wood or other), after cleaning, everything was then ok.
IF YOU FIND NOTHING OF THE ABOVE, THEN TRY THIS:
2- Remove the cover where "LEXTA" is written on, then remove the little cover which is under it, this to have the possibility to look at the nut from "the inside".
Finally, if it is possible keeping the start pressed, raise the head to the up limit switch, then look inside the nut to check if the thread is worn or not. IF YOU CAN'T RAISE THE HEAD, the put something below, thus to raise the head using a sort of "lever". If you can raise the head maually 3mm or more, then the nut should be replaced.
Let us know, in case we send a quote for a new lifting nut"
