I am very happy to be a part of the "pending" settlement of this bullying corporation that is a major distributor on Consentino products in North America , however , there was an undertaking by Maple the Consentino (SILESTONE) dealer in Canada to confirm in writing to all of us that the law suites have ended and they would be contacting each of us within 3 days . well it is 3 days and nothing
NO LETTER , and NO PHONE CALLS , what are their intentions ,
My legal bills keep piling up , as we speak , I had ordered new business cards , had the web site modified and the list goes on
it was last friday when - they "MAPLE" said it was over and a letter would come out on monday , then we would all be contacted within 3 days , again , yet no confirmation
what should think , has anyone else been contacted about the dropping of their legal challenges to our name
