Flexible diamond grinding disc

For the stone fabricators in the architectural stone and sculpture fields, would you have a use for a flexible diamond disc? I believe their are a few of you here who do this kind of work. Also can you see a use for this type of disc for countertop fabrication? This is currently being tested and developed in Italy, here is a quick video >> http://youtu.be/9QFp6Za_CaU

Ghines makes a flexable diamond disk called GHINES - DOKOYOH. If you look on their web site a video is available.
