C N C production

Hello,this question is for shops running a park destiny C N C .I would like to know what your machine time for 40 linear ft profile A series 3 cm from saw cut to full polish on this machine.I have heard different stories as to quality of polish on this machine I would appreciate your input.

Can't tell for the Park destiny but your question is probably more bias toward tooling.

120 ipm pos. 2
160 ipm pos. 3
50 ipm pos.4
40 ipm pos 5 or first resin/rubber
40 ipm second resin/rubber

49.784 min machining time. plus a couple of tool change, rapid travel, lead in/lead out, etc. Roughly an hour
Has for Park destiny I don't know about that rigidity (good linear bearing and all), that's the only aspect that will affect your final edging.
Apart from your operator (wich set the tool) and the tool itself.
