Re: Honed Material
Easy to do with 4" pads... even out with powder, sandpaper or screens.

Re: Honed Material
I would cut the pieces out first, then hone them. What Alex said, 4" pads, cut the polish off with 220 grit, then finish with honing powder.
These pads work well for cutting off the polish: http://www.easystonecare.com/Honeycomb- ... -p/hc4.htm
These are even more aggressive on the lower grits: http://www.easystonecare.com/Copper-Hyb ... p/chs4.htm
This is the honing powder that will leave a nice, even finish: http://www.easystonecare.com/Soft-Cut-2 ... /sc220.htm
Apply it with water, LOW speed, like 600-800rpm with these white pads: http://www.easystonecare.com/7-Hog-s-hair-pad-p/wp.htm
Then Seal it with Proseal: http://www.easystonecare.com/Tenax-Pros ... roseal.htm
Or MB-24 if odor is an issue: http://www.easystonecare.com/MB-24-Natu ... /mb-24.htm
