Hi guys,
I've got an intermac master 30.
External water doesn't want to spray for me. Its a 2008 machine.
Got a new pump about 5 months ago.
Water drains into tank under machine. Hose about half way up the tank runs to the pump sloping down along the ground, until it turns up to the pump. Pump then goes through machine winds around to the spindle.
Bleeder line on the pump sprays at a decent pressure, enough to make me think that the water evetnaully should pump well down the line and the suction should take away any air in the line.
Every monring i have to disconnect the hose from the tank to the pump, fill it with water and hold it above my head to ensure no air in the line, and then reconnect to the tank. This gets it going usually but over the course of the day it fails again.
Does anyone else have a similar problem? Do people flush the line in the machine from the pump the the spindle? Is there a way to measure the flow coming out of the pump? Has anyone gone through this much? Would it work to put a pressurized line or different tank configuration for the holding tank upstream the pump so that it gets better siphoning?
Any help would be great.

Re: Intermac Master 30 External Water
is there a purge tap from your water pump?
when this happens to me I have to plug a pipe from the vacuum manifold to the water pump and suck it through with the system, I only get this when the external water tanks have gone to low or when I empty the slurry tanks.

It sounds like you're losing suction. Maybe a crack in the line from the tank to the pump? If you get it to pump...everything from pump to spindle should be good I would think.

Re: Intermac Master 30 External Water
if internal water works the common problem is the valve. above of the spindle there is two valve for the external and internal water. first try to clean the valve sometimes it will get stack 2nd check the if there is enough air to open the valve 3rd check the pneumatic relay.
