CNC Saw... Check out Our New Beast

After some lengthy and thorough research I went with the Breton Optima Smart Cut 550. This machine is an animal... We Named her " La Bestia" The Beast in Italian... Gerry must have the easiest job in the world selling this machine. The program is very simple and we picked it up pretty quick. We have had many other machines over the years, multiple manual saws, water jet, edge machines, and a cnc saw, but Our new Beast is head and shoulders above all others. Basically a job with all miters that would take us most of a day if not longer, now is cut in an hour and it is precise!!! Our production in the shop has gone off the hook... I am very happy with the entire Breton Team starting with Gerry all the way thru the techs that have installed... After installation we had some questions and they either answered the phone or called us back right away.... I can't say enough good things about my overall experience... It's like having the best of both worlds... An Italian built machine for Stone with American service!!! This Beast is built to last and is extremely precise. The optima feature where it will pick up the pieces and move it out of the way so you can really nest pieces very tight on the slab. Then when you are done you can have the machine bring the pieces to the front of the table for easier pick up.The machine does not even blink when I move the pieces around. HEAVY DUTY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! You can run the saw fully automatic or if you want to run it manually you can use the joysticks and cut old school if you like....

I am so pleased so far. We cut an engineered slab up in 14 minutes...She has crazy speed and power I can’t tell you how much I recommend this beast!!! If any of you are on the fence I would go with the Breton Optima Smart cut

Thanks for the kind words. The Job is not easy, but I suffer no delusions that being a fabricator is easy.
