I am getting an error code NC 240 "WRONG ACCESS TYPE OR FILE CHANNEL CLOSED". Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it?

Too many files in your read folder. Our master stone 4000 has a max of 500.

There should also be a sub folder titled "Reports". Delete those as well. This has no maximum that I'm aware of, but can throw up the same error code if you accumulate too many.
