We use Fill-A-Chip.
fill with glue
cover with non sticky side of scotch tape
Cure with UV light
scrape edge
scrape top
gently sand/polish arris

It depends on how big the chip is. Fillachip works great, but if you've got the time and inclination, nothing beats pulling the faucet and reprofiling and polishing the sink cut out. The chip isn't repaired; it's nonexistent. And much less likely to recur than it was with the cheap pencil edge.
