Faucet placement

Question.... Where do you place the center faucet on 60/40 or 70/30 square sinks? in the center of the sink, or in the center of the dividing bar? thanks

Dividing bar. Otherwise it looks very awkward.

I think it depends on the situation of the sink layout. If the sink is in an island or centered in a window I would maybe consider placing in the middle of the sink so from a distance the faucet doesn't look off center of the sink hole itself, but ultimately I give the homeowner the options and they choose from there.

We recommend the divider and put it where the customer says.

Up to about a 60/40 we recommend on the divider but when you get a 65/35 or 70/30 it starts to look really lopsided so we typically recommend cantered on the opening. But in every case that is not a 50/50 sink we get the homeowner or contractor to make the final decision.
