As a former workshop host that only had 18 fabricators attend I was super glad when the weekend was over.
You'll be ecstatic.

Re: Bozeman Workshop
Crap, now that is over, I don't want it to be but, yet I am so thankful that it is.
Spent the day today on the Beaverhead river with Todd, Christine, Caleb, Mark, Ron, Kathlene, Tim Farr, and his Daughter.
We all caught fish, laughed and pointed fingers, have dirt on all of us, and are now so much more than just associates, we are Buds.
Thank you SFA!

Re: Bozeman Workshop
Driving through Bozeman we saw this! Unfortunately the duck outfit was too small for Dave.
That dinner Thursday at Springhill was incredible! A geologist, Karen Kirk, was there to give us a lesson in minerals. She was fantastic! My favorite part was walking through the slab yard while she explained different qualities, characteristics and how each type of material was formed. I was so engrossed in it that I neglected to take any pics, but here's a pics of the us in the showroom where she taught techniques about how to determine what the make up of each stone is. After Karen was done Friday 18 of the SFA crew headed tp the river for a trip in the rapids. Thank you Nick and Bobbi Price! This was actually a trip they had reserved for themselves because they did it Wednesday and loved it so much they booked it again for Friday. Then, they gave the spots they had away to SFAer's at the workshop that hadn't had a chance to go yet. Incredibly unselfish and I'm grateful. Thank you! It was a blast!

Re: Bozeman Workshop
We had flight issues and got stuck in Bozeman an extra night, so we took advantage of the time to explore Lewis & Clark Caverns. They are a limestone cave system 45 minutes west of Bozeman. As a stone guy it was cool!
Yes, that's a baby bat!
