Has anyone used this sealer?
What are the thoughts on using this sealer specifically as a solution for sandy/gritty granite?

If it is a sealer it won't fix a gritty granite issue. You need a thin resin such as Tenax Pectro to lock in the minerals that are shedding.
I haven't ever used that sealer so I can't comment on its effectiveness. But we have had great success with Tenax ProSeal with zero issues.

Re: Granite Shield with Life Time Warranty????
I believe that product is similar to what someone came by trying to sell me on a little while back... They literally coat the face of the stone with tiny (<4 microns?) quartz particles that in essence coat the face of the material. I haven't seen the process in person but in theory it makes sense as quartz is non-reactive and highly durable...
