G MM tecna 36 brige saw

I have a problem with my G MM 36 tecna bridge saw,It has locked up ,can not move in the x axis .will not move with manual wheel or using electric motor.Never had problem like this before.please help

And in also bought a Gmm Techna 36 bridge saw that has a PROFILE COPYER
the only problem is that I do not know how to use it ?
Can someone give me the instruction manual because the machine is from 2004 and I do not have the manual.

This is my first post on this forum. Hope everybody's family and friends are healthy during these unfortunate circumstances.
