Gmm saw rotex 39 HELP ME

Hello there pls help me its urgent. I worked on my gmm saw as usual and then i heard bum bum sound that was the bearings...so i turn it off fast, after that a seviser come to me and i paid him 1000eur. To change bearings so he changed them.and after that i cant start my saw it says axis error xy zw, servo error ,limit pressed error and i cant start my machine..when i press start nothing heppens except those 4 panels for axis xzyw.... pls help me so that i dont need to give 6000euros to gmm servisers.Thx

Gmm is the best route, maybe not the leadt expensive, but long term, the best, imo

Are you getting any error messages on your screen?

Did the tech unhook something or fail to reattach?
This seems likely, because bearings have nothing to do with the start up.

Yeah and also i wasn't at home when they touched the machine but my 28yo son was he says that the servisers didint touch anything in electronic closet...they just took the engine.if you know what could it be pls anwser me thx a lot.

Where are you located?
My guess is not in the continental USA. If this is the case, Taf will probably not be able to help.

Was the original serviser a GMM tech who changed the bearings?

No but the guy who change that works with that for a very long time.I paidh him 1000eu
And if i called gmm i would pay 2000e for trip to croatia and 3000eu for reapair by gmm servisers.

If Gmm fixed the saw it would be working and you would not be in the situation of no saw running. It is expensive if Gmm fixed the saw, but it would be better than paying 1000€ and still not have the saw working.
Did you save 5000€ or did you waste 1000€.

I wonder why the servicer no longer works for Gmm?

I see You have joined the alliance just a few days ago...
As a builder of machinery, even if You are talking about a competitor, I must say that this message seems just a way of complaining about GMM
You have paid less...but machine is not working...
You say GMM would have charged You more money...but they are professional, just like us, and we have technicians who do the work they way it is supposed to be done.
You can choose the tech to maintain Your saw but I cannot understand the complain about the cost of a professional service.
I think that GMM or TERZAGO or BRETON are not giving You the price for a Counter top or a SQF of marble floor.
Quality first is our motto.....

Everybody knows machine techs cost serious money, but learning is expensive and the end user must pay one way or another. My advice is to call GMM and get it fixed right, and then start learning how to fix the machine yourself for future breakdowns.

I hope that since your problem is settled. I ask for your help because I dismantled a rotex 39 and I forgot to measure the distance between the two rails which are on the walls (the bridge rests on it). Could you measure the distance on yours (one outside rail side and the other inside, in order to have the center)? thank you for your help.

Try calling GMM for help? There is also a GMM facebook page. Sorry I do not have the info you seek.
