color pigment stain on granite

Hi guys, one of my guys managed to set a color pigment (red K-bond) bottle on my clients honed granite and left a stain. Acetone is not pulling it out. Any ideas on how I can get it out? Thanks in advance!

I can't guarantee this but the new thing I do on white quartz is put a cotton pad (like and eye makeup remover pad) soaked in bleach on the top and let it sit for 10 minutes plus. I keep checking it until the stain is gone and the wash it off with water and soap. Try a sample first.

Got it out with acetone and baking soda. Finished it off with some bar keepers friend.

you may need a stronger solvent than acetone. Try using a vanish stripper that contains Methylene chloride

Didn't the EPA ban Methylene Chloride?

EPA did ban it but only for consumer use. You can still find it in industrial paint removers. but you may not find it on the retail level
