New quarry in Brazil - translucent quartzite

Hello my friends fabricators,

I'd like to share with you these pictures of a new quarry recently opened here in Brazil of this material called SINPHONY. It's a translucent white quartzite - very nice isn't it? I'm posting pictures of the quarry and of the real slabs after polished - check it out!

Depending on the pinkish/beige aspect I like it alot. It is almost like Luminex, but Luminex is more striking and smokey quartzish. It would be a great cheaper alternative if it is that much cheaper.

I agree with Boyd. Looks a lot like nacarado to me. Probably hard as hell. But really sick looking. I did see some translucent pure white quarzite at European recently. So sexy, almost like onyx, But real hard to it shined like glass.

Only the "sinphony" Looks like Naccardo, the "Sinphonia" looks like a peach version of ming green marble to me. Naccardo is a sick seller.
