I can't thank everyone enough for all the great input and advice. I have a follow up meeting on Wednesday. Truly appreciate everything. I'm going to discuss working with them initially before proceeding. I'm hoping the revenue can support it assuming the revenue is there and its profitable enough. I am in the ct market and have been for over 20 years. I can tell you that the feast of the late 90,s early 2000 are never coming back way to many people in it now alot of them way under qualified. There is work out there for those who are honest and do what they say they are going to do along with a quality job and customer service. Sincerely best of luck if you choose this path but I can tell you if there is not a love or passion for the work the business will fail period.
