Heres an idea Tim - send everyone who has posted on this topic free product, we will try it - and give feedback. Maybe the product does work and the guys you have working for you have no idea how to use it. I personnally am very sceptical - if it works maybe Braxton-Bragg will continue to distribute for you, and members here might recommend it. The other thing that got me was I made two suggestions to Steve, both of which he said he hadnt thought of trying. With 8 years of developememt, he missed two key details I was able to notice in 5 minutes. How much thought, and R& D really went into this before a high price tag was slapped on it, and a marketing campaign was created to convince people it is so easy to refinish granite?
