Hey everyone,
We have been in business for 20+ years and have never had an issue with people demanding a written warranty. Well I suppose things change. Does anybody have a typed up granite warranty we could browse and read over to type our own. Any help would be appreciated. :)

I googled "granite warranty" back when I did mine. Got plenty of info. And realized there basically wasn't a warranty in the way a customer would expect it to be.

"repair or replace at manufacturers option". (glue it back together?)

Only replace the area effected. (seam a darker replacement baltic brown next to the original lighter baltic brown?)

Seam repairs were subject to "settling occuring under granite" and may or may not be warrantable

etc

etc

It was a warranty though. I suspect people just want the piece of paper.
