Just wondering if anyone has experience with these granites and marble slabs. We are doing a LARGE bathroom and kitchen. 3 slab kitchen and 2 slab bathroom with these materials. I see a lot of veining in this material and am trying to figure out how the heck I am going to fabricate these without breaking or damaging them. Anyone work with these before and am I worrying to much?

We inventory the Stonewood, until it runs out. It seperates along some of the viens very cleanly during fabrciation. Polishes normally, delicate to handle.

We do both. Just be prepared to repair. It repairs pretty easily, polishes easily. Your issue will likely be breakage more than anything. Allow your shop the time to do it.

This is what I was afraid of. Our bridge saw doesn't have a tilt table. We use a Woods power grip to lay our slabs onto the concrete table. I am hoping this wont affect the way we do things, but I am thinking that because of the veining the woods power grip isn't going to work?

there is Nice forest brown and there is forest brown that is well you know , not so nice.

as far as using vacuum lifter i would check slab with straight edge to see if it concave or convex and adjust your approach handling it with Vacuum lifter
