Do any members have experience with a Breton NC300 K40 Robocup?
I have been cautioned that the Robocup table of the NC300 can be lacking in substructure support, which has been my experience with two NC260 K37 Robocups. Am I in for the same the same challenges with the 300?

I would ask Breton what the substantial build differences are between the two models. I know Ger is not short for words and likes to help.

I will keep the words to a minimum.
I have attached a photo of the structure, which I'd put against anything else available on the market at the moment, so you may judge for yourself if this is valid or not. The machine weighs in at 11 ton.
Feel free to write me as I do not have your information from your post regarding what challenges you have.
I am happy to help put you in the right direction.
The robo table requires cleaning of the table between cycles in return for the automation. We offer also flat and slotted tables which require slightly less cleaning. I'm aware of no structure questions on Breton equipment, anywhere.
I can be reached as below.

Hi there,
What issues have those subsupport issues caused on your NC260s?
Best Regards,
Joe Alva

So which other machine company made this post???? Owns 2 K37 robocups and has to ask here on first post???
I dunno Ger, gotta be a short list of people who own 2 k37 robocups. Is this guy for real.
I had the same machine without the robocup table and never had any issues with support. And this is fabcentering with 30 pods and a full slab on every run. Way overbuilt. Weighs twice that of most cnc's.

Re: Breton NC300 K40 Robocup
There are a few companies actually that have multiple units, and I have identified the company and offered my mobile number to them and as of yet I've not had a call.
I'll leave it at that but to say if there was some level or height issue that would be out of a reasonable repeatability, our techs would be there in a heartbeat to analyse, and I'd be willing to bet it would be something else. (Floor settling, Cups, Rubber, or table level)
Thanks even after all these years for standing up Scott. Super nice of you.
