There are several laser etching machines in the USA. Not sure of how many are are Helios.They are all over the monument industry around Chicago.

Those trends hit here in Montana sooner than the rest of the US, at about the same time as they hit the East coast because of the clientele we service.

Looks like a deeper cut then the lasers I have seen. Is this just the photos or is there some depth.

Since Helios imanufactures CNC routers, I would assume the lines are milled in with various tooling bits.

Being a n old monument guy, I automatically think sandblasting and get hand cramps thinking about cutting all that stencil.

The last few years, there have been some water jetted pattrerns in slabs, with a little more subtle tone on tone look.

Dan, yes we are cnc routers / bridge saws and fab centers manufactures, but in the last years we have been developing this laser technology too.
These samples (except from the light brown cut one) are made by CO2 laser and not with our sandblaster, so no stencils to cut!
The operator can manage the intensity of the laser source and check the frequency of the impulses, with extremely high definition reproduction
All these samples are designed by our architects and graphic designers and everything is made inside Helios.
Dave we manufacture in Italy, but we sell our machines (from simple photo etching machines up to 5/8 axis bridge saws and fab centers) all over the world.
