Since I was directly addressed in the title, I would like to reiterate my extreme dislike & discomfort for the subject of rodding, the time it takes, the material it consumes, and the real estate it requires laying around being unproductive.

FYI rodding offends me, in this day and age of political correctness, can we not talk about rodding as it makes me feel unsafe. Can the SFA please provide me a forum to feel safe on? No? Okay, I will settle for an apology from every rodder!

Please, everyone in southwestern Florida, keep rodding with cold steel and bed in polyester. You don't need the expense of stainless or epoxy. And mechanical sink fastening? Nonsense. Slap a little poly onto a scrap, bridge the sink flange, and it's good to go. Really. And that silicone between the sink flange and the bottom of the top? Way overrated.

I turned 60 this year and i want a decent supply of rod explosions until I retire.
