help with Midas Helper

If any one has a Midas helper out there I need your help, I just need a picture of the connections with the number wires
going to the controller, I have P-1,P-2, 10,11,12, this is suppose to connect to 1,2,5,6,11 , my guys puled out the controller before taking a picture or writhing it down,

Faxed through most of the book , at least what I thought you need to get it hooked back up , also trouble shooting details , etc... If you need additional info , let me know.
I do remember we either put in , or adjusted the speed control , as it was originally designed to a high speed , and it was too fast on polishing , but the machine is a PITA to try to top polish with anyway.
