Allen Datagraph Plotter problem

Just checking to see if anyone has had this happen?

When I try to plot, it doesnt keep it between the margins and on the vinyl?

An example test cut I turned into ADSI, I drew a 12'' square plotted it and it plots par of it but only 10 of that 12 is on the media?
Like it's out of origin or something?
Im waiting on ADSI but thought someone here might help a bit faster?

My computer tech help is to turn everything off and turn it back on to reset... if that doesn't work, call a real tech!

have not had that problem. I am assuming that you have the material rollers set up correctly? ( I think the material should be like 3" from the right side if I am remembering correctly)

Same as it's always been.

Just FYI, the simple days of sending Ray Marsh an email is gone. We have been needing this fixed for months. After leaving several voicemails I finally got a call back last time, but was already past the need for the plotter on that instance.

We put in a help request to ADSI yesterday. Finally at the end of the day today after filling out stuff, communicating thru email all day and sending cc info, we will get a call tomorrow if we are willing to pay.....
I was willing to pay yesterday.

I will try to post the cause for this here for future reference, as I have never seen this one.

Way back in the day we had our plotter do that as well. I think we had to replace the motherboard.

We've got a plotter down here- happy to plot something for you and run it up quick if you would need it.

We had to replace our motherboard also when we had a similar problem. Have you tried reloading the print driver? Or you may need to clean the simm cards.

Guessing there was some software issue.
They let gaged in this morning and reloaded software and got it working.
