I am looking to buy a Denver Tecnika 5-Axis CNC Bridge Saw, but before I do wanted to know a few things and any advice and suggestion anyone may have.
How does it work? Simple to operate and use? How is the customer service for this product?

When I looked at saws there wasn't a simple interface at the machine. You had to have a pic set up in the shop... not sure if it's any different now. But two years ago that was the deal breaker for me. That being said everyone I know with a Denver likes them.

Everything can be done at the saw. We have one at the training center for sawing classes. Brandon at Legacy Natural Stoneworks, Ohio, has one also.

we received one of the first tecnikas in the market. Overall experience has been good. There were a couple issues with the Z-axiz shock absorbers that I know others out there had as well. I'd ask them if the design flaw has been resolved. They seem to fail right after the 1 year warranty is up. The techs are very helpful on minor issues
