Well, if this is their shop, it is obvious that all the machinery and showroom are toast. I don't know how you get back up from a situation like this. I think these two fine SFA members are gonna need alot of our help. Where do we start??? This may be, at the end of the day, the best reason to join the SFA.........I would imagine cleanup is going to be the first thing, then being able to get work out while you get machines back up. This could take months as the insurance companies come into play......Let us know how we can help

Hey Everyone,

Thank for well wishes and prayers, we have been working hard for the last couple of months putting out jobs, cleaning and fixing different things. If anyone needs a tech to fix your saw or other type of machinery call Doug Jackson (423-506-6988).
He is pretty good tech and trouble shooter. Between him and Daniel Jessup( Salem Stone) they have my Montressor Luna 740 running like a champ.
I don't wish going through this experience on anyone, but you will be suprised as to what can stand being under water. Flash drives no problem. Portable Hard drives, let dry for a couple of weeks and they work( just don't know for how long yet. Computer drives die with water. Electric motors, some do better than others but for the most part they do fine. The installers cell phone ( Casio G-Z one ) spent 3 days under water in the truck. I took it home and charged the battery and they still use it.

I have to say that I am glad we have plenty of work. I haven't been on here to much because of everything thats going on here, but now we are getting a handle on everything so I hope to be able to check out the forum more often. I had to look through 7 pages of new posts just to catch up on things.

Thanks again, it is good to have friends like SFA friends.
